پولیس ترجمان بہاولپور نعیم اختر : ڈسٹرکٹ پولیس آفیسر رانا عبدالوہاب کی جانب سے شاندار کارکردگی کا مظاہرہ کرنے والے افسران کی حوصلہ افزائی کے لیے خصوصی تقریب کا انعقاد کیا گیا۔
تفصیلات کے مطابق ماہ مارچ کے دوران بہترین کارکردگی دکھانے پر 2 انسپکٹرز، 7 سب انسپکٹرز اور 11 اسسٹنٹ سب انسپکٹرز کو تعریفی سرٹیفکیٹس سے نوازا گیا جبکہ مجموعی طور پر 2 لاکھ روپے نقد انعام بھی دیا گیا۔
اس موقع پر ڈی پی او رانا عبدالوہاب کا کہنا تھا کہ بہترین کارکردگی کا اعتراف کسی بھی ادارے میں محنت، لگن اور فرض شناسی کو فروغ دینے کا موثر ذریعہ ہوتا ہے۔ انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ بہاولپور پولیس کے افسران و جوان عوام کے جان و مال کے تحفظ کے لیے بھرپور جذبے کے ساتھ اپنی ذمہ داریاں سرانجام دے رہے ہیں، جن کی حوصلہ افزائی کا سلسلہ آئندہ بھی جاری رکھا جائے گا۔
ڈی پی او نے افسران کو ہدایت کی کہ وہ اپنی پیشہ ورانہ صلاحیتوں کو مزید بہتر بناتے ہوئے عوام کو بہترین سروس ڈیلیوری فراہم کریں اور جرائم کے خاتمے کے لیے بھرپور اقدامات جاری رکھیں۔
یہ اقدام محکمہ پولیس میں مثبت مقابلے کے رجحان کو فروغ دینے اور عوامی خدمت کے معیار کو مزید بہتر بنانے کی جانب ایک اہم قدم ہے
Bahawalpur Police Spokesperson Naeem Akhtar: District Police Officer (DPO) Rana Abdul Wahab organized a special ceremony to encourage officers showing outstanding performance.
According to details, 2 Inspectors, 7 Sub-Inspectors, and 11 Assistant Sub-Inspectors were awarded appreciation certificates for their excellent performance during the month of March. A total cash reward of 200,000 rupees was also distributed among them.
On the occasion, DPO Rana Abdul Wahab said that recognition of good performance is an effective way to promote hard work, dedication, and a sense of duty in any organization. He further stated that officers and personnel of Bahawalpur Police are performing their duties with full commitment to protect the lives and property of citizens, and this process of encouragement will continue in the future as well.
The DPO directed the officers to further improve their professional skills, ensure better service delivery to the public, and continue taking effective steps for the elimination of crime.
He added that this initiative is an important step toward promoting healthy competition within the police department and further improving the standard of public service delivery.
